After Payment, it will reflect an option named SEND ANYWAY. You are requested to Click It. If you fail to click SEND ANYWAY, the payment will not show to have processed. It is helpful to generate the fee receipt, Also, Save the receipt.

1) Minimum Age: 3 Years as on 31st March 2026. Upper Age Limit Less than 4 Years as on 31st March 2026. The age relaxation for admission of upto 30 days may be granted at the level of head of school in the minimum and upper age limit of classes. The parent may approach the head of school/Principal for seeking age relaxation through a manual application.
2) Fill the form in Capital letters only.
3) Online Registration will be done through the school website – www.dldavpp.in
4) Payment will be made ONLINE.
5) Keep your details of Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking ready for online payment of Rs. 25/- as the registration amount.
6) In case of a single parent, the entire information of the parent is to be repeated in both columns.
7) Fill up the form completely before taking a printout. In case of incomplete form/documents, the application will be deemed as rejected.
8) The Last date of online submission of the Registration form for Nursery is 27-12-2025.
9) Please drop hard copy of filled registration form, duly signed by the parent, along with self-attested photocopies of the supporting documents and photographs in the box placed at the school gate (no.1) as soon as possible.
10) The Last date to drop the Registration form along with the required documents at the school counter is 27-12-2025 up to 1 p.m.
11) After registering your mobile number, please wait for 5 minutes to receive the password.
12) If the payment process is not completed successfully due to any reason, proceed again using the same mobile number & password.
 13) Transport facility is available on existing routes and there will be no change in the existing bus routes.  Parents will be required to make their own arrangement for other routes : Click here to view
 

Required Documents :

(i) Proof of Date of Birth: Birth certificate of the child issued by MCD/NDMC/Municipal Corporation/ Acknowledgement receipt of Aadhaar card applied (Only in case of child)
(ii) Proof of Address (Any 2) :

• • Ration card/Smart Card issued in the name of parents (having name of child)
  • Domicile certificate of child or his/ her parents
  • Voter I-card(EPIC) of any of the parents
  • Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/water bill in the name of any of the parents
  • Passport issued by Govt. of India in the name of any of the parents or child
  • Aadhar Card/UID Card issued in the name of any of the parents
   

Please note: Mobile Phone and internet bills will not be acceptable.
At the time of admission Aadhar card of both the parents and child is mandatory.
Acknowledgment receipt of Aadhar card/UID card will not be acceptable.

(iii) Proof of alumni of DARBARI LAL DAV MODEL SCHOOL (If Applicable) : Class XII (Passing Certificate in the name of Mother/Father)
(iv) Proof of Sibling (If applicable): Latest Fee Bill / Report Card / Identity Card

Parents must bring a passport size photograph each of the child, father and mother for admission after verification of documents.
